Serene Scottsdale Room for Rent with Oval tub!

I am moving out of my North Phoenix/North Scottsdale apartment on March 19. My current roommate wants to stay here and is looking for another roommate to sign a new lease (6 months or longer) starting with March 20. You would need to apply and be approved. $1,000 is the estimated amount with about $200 additional for home utilities (internet, energy, etc).

The room is nice and shaded and spacious. (Currently it fits a bed, large dresser, vanity, and desk). It has entrance to its own bathroom and a large walk-in closet with mirror. The ceilings are high-vaulted and the floor is hardwood throughout the home. The living room and dining room connect which opens up the space, and a sliding door opens up into a balcony. The unit is on the first floor and in a safe area to reside in. There is one covered parking per unit as default, but there are options for additional covered parking including garages that can be arranged with the leasing office.

My roomie is a makeup artist who is very friendly and has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She prefers a Christian roommate. You can reach out to her if interested.
