- - 1 furnished bedroom 10ft x 12ft open to new female roommate, Master Bedroom used by Female Home Owner; 1 bedroom used by Female Roommate from Andhra Pradesh, India working at AMEX. The 2 Roommates will share the hallway bathroom with visitors. Off street parking.

- Low traffic home, NO partiers. Quiet Safe Neighborhood. Lots of people walking dogs and pushing baby strollers. House has monitored security and fire alarm systems.

- Only looking for one roommate (no couples), must be friendly, trustworthy, communicative, responsible, observant, considerate, courteous, neat, CLEAN, etc.

- Own furnished room, Hallway Bathroom shared with one other lady from India and any Visitors. Off street parking.

- Shared use of common areas, like Kitchen, Living/Dining Room, Covered Patio for outdoor dining and ping pong table.

- Reasonable usage of laundry machines during designated hours for a fee.

- NO smokers, no smoking anywhere on this private property indoors or outdoors, no drugs, no 420, no alcohol abuse, no nudist, no bigots, no racist, no persons unable to communicate without using "R" rated language, no persons who like to grow bacteria in the kitchen or refrigerator. This applies to you AND YOUR VISITORS.

- Dog Allowed, must be well behaved and house trained. Must not be a drooler. Must pay dog deposit. Must pay for carpet cleaning, pay dog rent ($100 per month), and pickup poop in yard and in the neighborhood if you walk the dog. Enclosed Backyard has grass and gravel.

- NO cats. No folks allergic to dogs, grass or bushes.

- $700 First Month + Security Deposit REQURIED (no exceptions, don’t even ask). Includes Utilities/Wifi. May thru Sept Plus 33% of Electric. Deposit will be returned after you leave and 1) leave the place clean like when you moved in, 2) no damages found and 3) no surprises turn up on the utility bills.

I work remotely in IT from home. I was born in California, grew up in Hawaii, completed college in San Diego and lived off and on between Southern California and Phoenix. I have owned this home for 30+ years but not always lived in it. I like to watch movies, ride bicycle, go hiking, and go to free festivals and concerts. Recently I took up pickle ball. Currently I do not own a dog, but, will again some years in the future.
