Room for rent North Phoenix

$800 flatrate all utilities included in north Phoenix about 10 minutes away from desert ridge. I am 28 years old, I work from home, I love to travel especially to Disney World, I love concerts, watching shows on Netflix and just relaxing. You will share the bathroom with 1 person. the bathroom has a double sink so you each can have your own, it also has a closet for storage and a tub. There are 2 cats that currently live at the house, they have a cat room downstairs where their litter box is which is out of sight. The house has a saltwater pool, putting green, washer, dryer, fireplace, stove, microwave, refrigerator / freezer and dishwasher all for share. I am looking for a chill easy going roommate that gets along with almost everyone. Must have stable job and proof of income. $400 deposit required. Must be able to pay first month’s rent plus deposit before move in date ($1,200). 9 month contract minimum required for move in, month to month after. Room is available November 21, 2025.
