Looking to rent out 2 bedrooms to ONE PERSON (1). That is correct, 2 bedrooms next to each other, on the opposite side of the property (away from the master). Make 1 your bedroom.. other 1 an office, storage, game room, closet, living room, ect. Shared bathroom but I am the only person that resides there so the shared bathroom is for the occasion visitor which is rare.
Price includes all utilities (starlink, trash/recycling, water and electricity)
There is NO furniture in the rooms.
Property is on 1.25 acres, 1900ish sqft. Community features include; pool table, dart board, cold plunge (not operational during summer months), screened in patio, ect, see pictures.
1 person, NO pets, NO KIDS, NO smoking. Overnight guests are welcome but can't overstay their welcome.. "just visiting" for 20ish consecutive nights in a month won't be acceptable.
There is uncovered parking outside.
Must be employed, must have references, must be able to vibe and must be able to maintain a clean and safe environment. My neighbors are both cops lol just fyi.
