I'm looking for a clean, respectful female roommate to share my top-floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with shared access to the living room and kitchen.
The apartment is in a gated community with a pool, gym, and there’s a detached garage. It's a quiet, comfortable space and I'm looking for someone who values a peaceful home environment.
I also have two cats, so you would need to be comfortable living with cats. Unfortunately the lease does not allow any additional pets. I'm ideally looking for another working professional who is responsible, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and enjoys having a home that feels peaceful rather than like a party house.
Ideally looking for: female, responsible, financially stable, clean, respectful, non-smoking, and comfortable with cats.
