Hi ! Room for Rent ! Come Live with 3 Girls !

Hiiii we’re 3 girls between the ages of 20-32 and we’re all living, working together and going to school. We’re looking for a 4th cool girl to share our house with ! Our landlord wants the 4th smaller room filled asap so I have a couple of posts up around. Rent is $800 month, or $200 weekly + a $200 deposit. Lease requirement is minimum of spending 3 months, per her rules. She covers $500 worth of utilities. If we go over the $500 we pay the rest. We really don’t do much, we have friends over sometimes, we relax together and our house is getting decorated more and more each month. The 3 of us just moved in over the summer so the house feels new to us and we’re slowing bringing things out of storage. Everything in the kitchen and livingroom and main bathroom are shared! (Except for personal toiletries and food ofc !) also if you’re stressed about food being in the shared fridge, our old roommate left her mini fridge so that’s up for grabs ! It’s in my room but it’s not plugged in. In perfect condition too. We’re only looking for girls I’m sorry ! We’re open to tours if you want to see the house or if you wanted to see fresh videos of the house I can totally do that too. I can’t think of anything else to mention. I’m always free and have my notifications on so I will definitely try my hardest to respond back every morning and night.
