Master bedroom with renovated bathroom!

Hello! We currently have roommates that will be moving out in early November. We’re offering the master bedroom with its own bathroom. In the photos, their furniture will be removed. But we can keep the nightstands, dresser and bed/bed-frame if needed. Otherwise, we will move them for you. The bathroom has been entirely renovated, new toilet, new shower/bath, new vanity and fog-proof mirror with built in light. You have free rein to paint the room or install shelves as you’d like. We have a pool that gets cleaned weekly. We keep the house at around 75° MAX.

My boyfriend and I play Magic the Gathering, Pathfinder, and other tabletop games. Our friends come over weekly to biweekly and we’d absolutely love somebody who’s willing to join us in those game nights and add to our found-family. We’re looking for someone in our general age range (21-30). You’re welcome to invite your own friends as well. The room can fit a couple, but a single might be more comfortable. Currently roommates are a couple and they are able to fit a queen bed, two desks, and a large dresser with ample room.

The master is on the far side of the house, separated by the kitchen and the living area. It’s closest to the garage, and the garage is entirely silent when opening and closing. You’ll also have garage space for one vehicle, as well as another in the driveway. We celebrate Christmas and Halloween and I enjoy decorated for both holidays.

My boyfriend and I are night shift, usually sleeping between 8am-4pm on most days. We’re heavy sleepers, and the house muffles nearly all sounds so you don’t have to worry about being super quiet.
