Estimated monthly cost:
• Rent + apartment fees + water: around $980 total, split 50/50
• Estimated split: about $490 each before electric and WiFi
• Electric is through APS and would also be split 50/50
• WiFi can be split or kept separate

(Rough estimate of what you can expect to pay is around $565–$645 each depending on usage, especially in summer)

• Uncovered parking would be $15/month and is paid separately through an app

Apartment details:
• Laundry is on-site (not in-unit) and tap-to-pay
• Open to decorating shared living spaces so we both enjoy them and making it feel like home. I can absolutely sell some of my current furniture if we want to create a different vibe together
Room details:
• Private bedroom approximately 10.5’ x 11.5’ (~121 sq ft)
• Spacious enough for a queen bed and additional furniture
• Includes a small ~3’3” wide nook area that could work well for a desk, vanity, storage, or extra setup space
• Closet included

About me:
Hi! I’m Liz, 20, currently training to become a certified Pharmacy Technician and I work full-time. I equally enjoy going out and staying in. I like snowboarding, video/board games occasionally, piano, singing/karaoke, and I’m always open to trying new hobbies or hanging out.

Looking for someone:
• Female preferred
• Early to mid-20s preferred
• Clean and respectful
• No smoking
• No drugs
• No excessive drinking
• No cats, I’m allergic
• Open to a cleaning schedule if wanted, but ultimately I’d just like shared spaces kept clean with no food or trash left sitting out

Applicant would need to pay a $50 application fee, pass a background check, and be added to the lease. Lease expires March 2027. Move in anytime in June 2026.
