LEASE TAKEOVER

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room in North PHX. Rent is $770 before utilities. You will have your own bathroom but will be living with another roommate. He is my brother that is 31 and keeps to himself so you basically have the whole place to yourself. He works most of the time or is spending time with his dog. A furry friend is welcome. His dog gets along great with my cat and loves other dogs. The place is pretty spacious about 1200 sqft and has in unit washer and dryer. Also the furniture and storage containers are all mine, so it will be unfurnished. removing it all before I move, so you can redecorate however you would like! Lease would start in April and end January 18th 2027. I am moving for job opportunity that is why I am looking for someone to take over my lease. PM me if you have any questions!
