Hoping to find a young professional or student to fill a vacancy in this house. We do our best to keep it very clean and to keep up on maintenance. You would be a great fit if you are hard working, clean, and respectful.

Your room comes fully furnished, including a: Full sized bed with sheets and pillows, dresser, and nightstand. These can be removed as needed. The house has two bathrooms, the master and the shared restroom. There is ample living and kitchen space, and storage in the garage.

The house is currently occupied by three men and one woman, all ambitious and working professionals. We observe quiet hours to accommodate various work and sleep schedules, but don't mind having fun on occasion.

The whole house is newly renovated, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The appliances are top notch, or at least the $2000 washing machine. I keep the hot water screaming, for those extra therapeutic showers. Also conveniently located on the SE corner of the I-17 and 101, so it seems like a short drive to anywhere.

I want to emphasize that we value cleanliness very highly, and it's important that you keep your space clean, and that you pitch in to keep common spaces clean. If you value this as well, and you're looking for a cheaper alternative to an apartment, this is the place for you. You also can't beat having a full size kitchen and a garage (with a home gym and all the tools you'd ever need).
