This is a 3BD / 2BA house with a natural grass front lawn and huge shade tree. The courtyard is gated, which provides additional security and private outdoor seating among the beautiful plants. Full backyard with more seating, two umbrellas, and a grill. The house has no carpet - all tile. The primary bedroom suite is at the opposite end of the house from your bedroom and bathroom, separated by the Family Room and the 3rdBD, which is my office. I only want 1 tenant.
I keep the house at 78 degrees. I have a 12-lb Yorkiepoo named Ginger.
The guest suite has a queen bed, 6-drawer dresser, new 40" smart TV, a desk with lamp, ceiling fan, and closet. The private bathroom has a tub and shower with a double-sink vanity. The bedroom and bathroom are down a hallway of their own, so it's a nice private space.

Centrally located in NE Phoenix and close to 51 and the 101. Quiet neighborhood with hiking nearby.
