Seeking stable, respectful, financially responsible renter. Owner and current tenant each have downstairs bedroom. We are quiet professional gentlemen. We enjoy sports and movies, and weekend evenings are often spent with pizza and a movie. We also care for our dogs. (Dogs are not allowed upstairs, where the available rooms are.)

Rooms 1 & 2 share a nice, spacious Jack & Jill bathroom. Both rooms are extra large, with ceiling fans. Room 1 has a walk-in closet, while Room 2 has a large side by side closet. $200/mo discount on Room 2. Room 1 & 2 are preferably rented together. Think a room and an office, a parent & child rooms, or two friends. Ask about a 1-time $200 discount if you want to repaint it Room 1. Privacy for all as all rooms are upstairs. Laundry room is also upstairs.

Room 3 is a slightly smaller bedroom, which also has a ceiling fan. It has what could be a
private full bathroom just across the hall.
This bedroom also offers privacy as it is also
upstairs.

The neighborhood is a nice, safe neighborhood, just adjacent to a Circle G Ranch. Three grocery stores are within 1 mile, while Bashas' is just a short walk. There are 12 eateries on the nearest major cross street intersection. 2 movie theaters are nearby; both just 3 miles away. A major Post office is also just 3 miles away. A casino is 2 miles away.
