We have one being rented with a very great person but the other room is furnished and feels like a loft upstairs. If you don’t like dogs, they are very sweet. Full TV but yes a shared bathroom but there is a powder room downstairs and full kitchen you can utilize. Work space full backyard and we are super welcoming. We kind of keep to ourselves which my husband works Monday through Saturday and my grandfather lives across the street so I can always go there to work from home or in my room downstairs.
