- Located in quiet Chandler neighborhood near Dobson & Elliott, 1 mile from Loop 101 and 2
miles from US-60
- Utilities are split monthly (varies but on average $120/month each)
- 12-month lease preferred
- Full access to pool & hot tub
- Includes indoor washer and dryer

A little about me: I'm an administrator for a school district and really love my job. During the week, I keep a pretty structured routine and am usually up early and at the gym by 5:00 am. When I get home, I tend to unwind by relaxing on the couch, visiting my girlfriend, or in my room with my two Great Danes, who are the sweetest dogs! On weekends, I enjoy spending time with my family, my girlfriend and her kids, or with friends either exploring the outdoors, camping, relaxing by the pool or taking a breath work class.
