Im looking for a clean, considerate, kind, mature adult to share my home with. I have 2 other gentlemen roommates and they are awesome. We age range from 65 to 74. One renter is only here about 20 days a month. I've lived in my home for 38 years and I LOVE my home. I have a resort like backyard. It's beautiful. Im about 1 mile from the 101, 202, Chandler Fasion Mall, Costco, Target, Chandler Hospital and Medical Centers. I got soooo lucky with my other 2 renters so I'm hopeful this time as well. I don't currently have a bed but can get one if needed. It is a shared bathroom but shared with the gentleman that's barely here .
