I’m looking for roommates to rent three available bedrooms, with immediate move-in available. I’d love to find clean, respectful, responsible working professionals who can verify income and would appreciate a peaceful and comfortable home in a very safe East Chandler neighborhood.

The home is fully furnished and equipped with kitchenware, appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, ice maker, clean drinking water, washer and dryer, water heater, TV, fast internet, and a swimming pool available for use during the day until 8:00 PM. If you have any specific needs, please let me know — I may be able to accommodate them.

Move-In Special for April!

- Master Bedroom: $200 rent, $800 deposit

- Private Bedroom: $200 rent, $700 deposit

Tenant Requirements
- No drugs permitted on the property.

- No firearms allowed on the property.

- No children or pets allowed.

- No car washing outside or on the premises.

- No overnight guests.

- No visitors after midnight.

- Please clean up after using kitchen appliances, dishes, cups, and other common areas.

- Valid original local or state-issued ID.

- Proof of income.

- Renters insurance for the full lease term.

- A clean background check with no criminal record.
