Room for rent starting in May

I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting May 18th or latest June 1st. Located in Chandler by the 202 and Alma School. The place is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. At most, you’d be paying $850 just because the rent does fluctuate in the summer mostly because of the a/c. The least you’d be paying is $750.
With this room, you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person. It’s a female only household but at the moment, one does have her boyfriend living here but he’s not noticeable and temporarily here.
Everyone is respectful of everyone’s area. Shared kitchen and living space, and overall the place is clean. We do have a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The picture of the room is the exact room you’d be moving in to.
I’m moving out of state here within a month or so, and just need someone to take over. The security deposit is $233, and it’d be paid to me cause I’m just getting mine back by whoever takes over. If you decide to move in mid May, back rent would be just $275 along with deposit (due day before), then whatever rent will be June 1st owed that day (not move in day). I do have a bed that can be kept in the room for an additional $175 (one time payment) if needed, as the bed is only 2 years old, and I paid $400 for it, so just wanting some money back for it.
Only females, and no pets (like cats and dogs) (fish and stuff that stays in a tank or something should be okay).
Looking for ages around 21-40 as that’s the age range right now. We all kind of just keep to ourselves and do our own thing.
