San Valencia Apartments - Looking for roommate.

The apartment complex is fantastic, its essentially a resort. It is a Luxury Rental. Very peaceful, well maintained, along with a very friendly community. The rooms are massive with walk in closets, pool view, large personal bathrooms. The area has a lot to offer, it sits right next to Gilbert Road as well as downtown Chandler. Personally, this is one of my favorite areas to live. The 202 and 101 highways are right next to the complex for easy access and commute.

Currently, I am the only one living in the apartment with my dog Bandit who is a three-year-old Golden Retriever. He is super well behaved and very well trained. I am a student at ASU taking online classes and also work full time for a manufacturing company as a Quality Engineer. I am a former collegiate athlete who played Hockey at both Buffalo State University and Arizona State University (up until covid hit). I am very responsible and trustworthy individual. I am NOT a messy individual and in fact keep the place rather clean at all times. I love watching sports, cracking a beer after a long week, cooking, and floating in the pool. I am a very easy person to get along with.
