Each roommate has their own walk-in closet but shared bathroom with roommate. I am ONLY looking for one clean, respectful female roommate. The room is in Phoenix. It is close to restaurants, shopping, park, hiking places and movie theater. No smoking, pets or drugs allowed. There is a forty dollar application fee and 2f1fty deposit. The utilities are split evenly between the three roommates around $seventy5. Resident parking permits are only for school days. No parking fee
