Private room available now in our remodeled 3 bed / 2 bath house in Central Phoenix, near Bethany Home Rd & 35th Ave, about 1 mile from GCU and 10-15 minutes to Downtown.

The room
Your own bright, airy bedroom with wood-look tile floors and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is shared but is currently used as a private bath. The room is unfurnished. $750 a month with utilities split 4 ways, on a 1-year lease. Security deposit is $850. Pets are considered case by case.

The house
The house has an open floor plan, granite counters, and wood-look tile throughout. You'll share the kitchen, living room (with a smart TV), and laundry with a smart washer and dryer. Central AC and heat are controlled by a Nest thermostat. Outside there's a big backyard with a food forest in the making, a patio, and plenty of parking. There's also a separate studio in the backyard with its own entrance; that tenant doesn't share the main house.

There's a second room available too, so if you have a friend looking at the same time, you could move in together.

Close to Fry's, Walmart, and parks, with bus routes on Bethany Home Rd and 35th Ave.

The household
