I'll be working from home-base; here; and traveling a lot...Phoenix. Georgia. Colorado springs. Illinois. Intl. . Even some otr trucking...

Please don't disqualify yourself. I've seen a lot in my 52 years. These are my expectations. Tell me yours and we'll figure it out. As adults.

- turbo tenant screening $50/ application. screening for all tenants.( So far Zero people have been refused per background results.) We NEED to know who's in the house. For the safety of ALL.

Hi. Baths (2) not private. (4) Room can be private or shared... you decide. Introductory rate($150 off first 3 months (probationary period). Then. Rent is $675/person(shared room)/775(private room)...or $250 wkly(first/ last required)

4 bedrooms. 2 bath rooms . Play pool. 2 living rooms. Huge kitchen.


- standard utilities included ; you will need to help clean private/ public areas.

- 1 pet/ESA... Currently...(one non human resident)

Current roommates are mostly-clean, quiet, and considerate; no smoking of ANYTHING(inside), ($55/month per additional indoor-non human, life-form).

Furnished home, huge yard, pool, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. There is plenty of light and privacy
