Hi everyone! I'm looking for a roommate to share a brand-new home beginning around September 1st. I'm a young professional working in finance. I'm pretty easygoing, respectful, and enjoy having a clean, comfortable home. I'm looking for someone who values open communication, friendly and is considerate of shared spaces. It is just me in the home!

* Decent-sized backyard/lot with hammock
* Optional additional room that could be used as a home office, glam room, workout room, or extra storage (for an additional small charge)
* If interested, there is also an option to rent the primary bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The price for that would be $1,600.
