The apartment is centrally located in downtown Phoenix, walking distance to Roosevelt Ave and Grand Ave is just a bike ride away! Happy to provide the complex name if we get along :) The main living area is already furnished, lots of natural light and the neighborhood is quiet despite being so close to downtown. There are a few coffee shops within walking distance of us that are fun to visit :) My roomie of 2 years (who I love) is moving out for a new job opportunity, so it's her room that will be available. The room is about 600 sq ft with an east facing window, good closet space, and a private attached bathroom. She is hoping to leave or sell most of her furniture, except the bed frame! Earliest move in date is July 13, but there would be a 250$ fee to transfer the lease before it officially ends on 9/13/2026. She is willing to split that upfront cost. Utilities typically around 150$ depending on the month and include internet. There is plenty of street parking available, as well as a garage that is 50$/month. There is also a pool and gym on site!

I'm an OBGYN resident so life is a little busy, I love going for walks in downtown phoenix, open mics/poetry nights, collaging in my downtime, and play the ukulele. Would love to live with other creatives, ideally someone in the professional space or a student that can be accommodating of post-call days when I've been up for 24+ hours lol I don't have any pets, but am okay with a happy cat if that's important to you!
