I am seeking a roommate to share a 3B, 1b house with me and my small dog in the Garfield Historic District in Central Phoenix. The third room will be a shared office/guest room. The room can be furnished or unfurnished according to your needs. Available room has a private entrance.

It's a cute historic home with a fenced backyard and a great landlord. Pet-friendly if they live well with my small dog, Bonnie.
