The rental bedroom is an on suite with a private bathroom. There is a separate adjoining room equipped with a treadmill, bowflex, tv and couch for use. This rental would include TV, internet and all utilities. All common areas would be accessible at all times.
Washer and dryer are available . Refrigerator ovens, microwave and toaster oven are all available also.
I do not drink alcohol or use anything other than prescription medication. Smoking is allowed outside.
