Attentive to any needs & situations that may arise. One other tenant senior male lives & works from upstairs. We are close to major mall and many other amenities. Can be rented weekly or monthly. Stay as long as you want. Prefer one tenant only. No pets .I have two cats but they live in the patio room and not in the house. No parties or stayovers. Though younger people are welcome both of us here are seniors.
