We’re looking for someone to take over our lease at Art on Highland in North Central Phoenix. We absolutely love this apartment and have lived at the property for over 4 years, but due to a family emergency, we need to relocate.

Available October 1 — and we can be flexible with your move-in date during October. We’re also willing to subsidize part of the October rent for the right person.

- Renter's insurance

You would only need to set up your own APS electricity account.

Easy Lease Takeover
No new security deposit required. You would only need to pay the $50 application fee required to transfer the lease.

Our existing security deposit was approximately $1,800, and you would receive that deposit back at the end of the lease in July, subject to the property's normal move-out terms.

We can also work with you on October move-in timing and rent, so if you're looking to move sometime in October, reach out!

If you'd like, we can leave some of our furniture behind so you don't have to move everything in yourself:

- Desk(s)
- Queen-size bed + bed frame

If you don't need the furniture, no problem — we'll have it removed.
