Female Roommate Wanted – Furnished Room Available

I’m looking for a female roommate to share my clean, comfortable home. The room is available now and comes furnished with a twin mattress, desk with roller chair, and two side tables with drawers. You’ll also have access to a shared bathroom, a recently replaced washer and dryer on the enclosed back patio, and a covered parking space.

Rent: $550/month
Deposit: $250 refundable
Utilities: Water is paid by the landlord. SRP (MPower Box) and SW Gas are split equally.

A Little About Me:
I’m in a wheelchair and currently working through physical therapy to regain my ability to walk. I work part-time at Goodwill while exploring other opportunities. I keep a fairly clean and organized home and enjoy a peaceful living environment. I’ve also been sober for almost a year, so the home is alcohol-free.

About the Living Situation:
I’m hoping to find someone who is respectful, reasonably tidy, and easy to get along with. This is generally a quieter home, especially during the evening and overnight hours. I’d prefer someone who doesn’t smoke and is comfortable with an alcohol-free environment. No pets, please.

My previous roommate and I simply had different lifestyles, so I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a calm, drama-free place to come home to. Someone around 30+ would probably be the best fit.
