Private furnished room available in a clean, quiet home. Shared bathroom. Private washer and dryer located on the enclosed back patio.

Rent & Deposit:

* Rent: $550/month
* Deposit: $250 (refundable)

Utilities:

* Water paid by landlord
* SRP (MPower Box) and SW Gas split equally

Parking:

* One covered parking spot included for tenant

About Me:
I’m in a wheelchair and currently in physical therapy working to walk again. I keep a clean, organized home and expect the same. I do need occasional help with small tasks like taking out the trash. I’ve also been sober for almost a year and maintain an alcohol-free home.

The Room:

* Twin-size mattress
* Bookshelf
* Two small tables for storage

Availability:
Room will be available around May 28th.

House Expectations (Non-Negotiable):

* Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no phone calls, in/out traffic, or noise during this time)
* This is a quiet home — excessive noise, frequent phone conversations, or being on the phone for long periods is not a good fit
* No frequent in-and-out, especially late at night
* Non-smoker preferred (or very limited, non-disruptive use only)
* Alcohol-free home — must be sober or fully respectful of no alcohol in the house
* Cleanliness is required — shared spaces must be kept tidy
* Basic shared living responsibilities are expected (this includes taking out trash when full, replacing trash bags, and respectfully sharing fridge/freezer space)
* Must be respectful of a calm, stable living environment

My previous roommate and I were not a good fit due to lifestyle differences and lack of shared household awareness, so I am being very clear about expectations upfront.

Ideal Roommate:
Someone who is calm, respectful, independent, clean, and aligned with a quiet, sober living environment.
