I’m looking to rent my spare room with attached 1/2 bath on a month-to-month basis. I’m flexible on rent price. It’s presently unfurnished, but could be furnished. I have two cats (their box is in my room).
I’m typically out of the house working until 7:30pm Mon-Thurs. I work from my bedroom on Fridays. On weekends, I am out with friends, gardening, or watching tv/gaming. I’m pretty quiet, and rarely have guests.
