Looking for a future roomie for here or elsewhere

Looking for a roomie to share a 2bdrm loft, top floor, luxury apartment OR open to finding a different place together. OR maybe I join you at your spot? I’ve lived here for almost a year, great location (Mid-Town), nice building & amenities etc. I’m currently in a 1bdrm & want more space, nobody above me & it would be nice to have a roomie around, Single female, 2 cats, professional, currently work from home. Secure, gated parking garage, pool/spa, really nice community “lounge” with games, shuffle board, pool table inside & corn hole, hammocks, grills etc outside. There is also a gym and a dog run with washing station and 2 separate lounges on the 2nd & 4th floors. I’m fairly laid back, not shy, adventurous, very open minded, 420 friendly, etc. Room can be furnished if it needs to be but will be moving in together into an empty unit. Very open to ideas & alternate living arrangements. Cost quoted is approximate, Thx
