Very quiet gated condo townhouse with the entire upstairs available. It’s like a small efficiency with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, as well as dishes, silverware for your convenience. A full size desk and printer are included, with a large counter space with cubbies covered by doors.
Loft has sliders to an outside patio, as does the bedroom. Large screen Smart TV, 3 years old, plus additional portable heater and cooler, to keep the room comfortable during any season.
Front door entry leads immediately upstairs, so you have great privacy. You will also have shelves in the main kitchen and full access to the laundry room.
I am looking for someone who is clean, quiet, non smoking, not interested in having overnight guests. I will be happy to interview anyone who’s interested. There is no lease and no time limit, however; I would like at least a 3 month term with a 30 day notice😊
