Room for rent in North Scottsdale

Hello! I am a 38 year old female. I have a room for rent in a condo in N Scottsdale. It is furnished with plenty of storage. (Walk in closet, dresser, chest, nightstands, queen bed- mattress is only 3 years old). There is a TV mounted on the wall. It’s a split floor plan so you’d have your own bathroom. Has a shower/tub combo- replaced last year. I have laundry in unit. I work M-F in an office usually 9-4. I am overall pretty quiet, I am in no way a night owl. I renovated the place so it’s all ceramic tile. I’d like someone who is a professional, has a career- I don’t have a lot of space for a WFH setup. I adored my last roommate we got along so well, so someone to come home and chat with would be a bonus. The place has a pool, and a gym- albeit not a great gym but one nonetheless. Neighbors are quiet. There is only one covered parking spot in which I use, there is uncovered parking as a first come first serve basis. When I’m not in town by all means it’s yours for the time. I’m pretty routine, I meal prep, go out with friends, but overall very laid back. I do keep my house at 78 most of the year. I understand most people hate that. I grew up in AZ- so I’m used to it. During the summers I can bring it down! But it’s usually to about 75. It’s how I keep rent relatively low. Also- I have cleaners that come once a month and clean everything. I would ask if you wanted the room/bathroom cleaned that you split those costs. That’s usually mid month and your half would be $70.
