Room/Home Share in Townhome

My roommate is going to the army and his lease ends in Dec 31st, 2025. I’m looking for someone to take his room. Tenant must be clean, organized, and respectful. No drama, no smoking, no drinking. It’s a pretty chill place - on Shae and 92nd st, close to everything and central to everything.

If you like personal growth, taking care of yourself, your body, and having fun, we’d get along. Similarly if you just want quiet, that works too. We have a small gym, pool, pickleball court, etc. Got bikes if you like riding and more.

I am a young professional in finance, author of several books, Entrepeneur, mentor, and a person of faith and host people at home on Tuesdays for Bible study and dinner sometimes. I don’t like drama and enjoy mature conversations. There’s nothing we can’t fix with a good conversation and no issues we can’t work around.
