The garage is also shared between the tenant and owner of the home (1 space each).This suite is ideal for clean, responsible travel nurses, professionals, or anyone in transition, this suite provides hotel-style comfort and everyday convenience. General: Quiet hours 10 pm 7 am. Registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors will incur fees. This house is in a "locals" neighborhood, where a lot full time residents live and work. In efforts to respect our neighbors, off-street parking is available, next to the units. We also ask that you keep music and sound voices down while outside. Please avoid slamming the door. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise.

Treat it like your home: No moving furniture, dispose of trash/recycling properly in garage barrels.

Check-out: Leave linens/towels in the room. Late check-out must be approved in advance and fees apply.
