In efforts to respect our neighbors, in-garage parking is available. We also ask that you keep music and voices down while outside. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise.

Treat it like your home: No moving furniture. Dispose of trash/recycling properly in garage barrels.

Access: Garage and back door entry available. Smart lock entry to your bedroom. In-garage parking (1 of 2 spaces) and entryway is only shared between the tenant and landlord. Street parking is not permitted and may result in HOA fines. Floors (second and third floors) are occupied by the landlord and not for tenant use. Nothing else is shared.

Check-out: Leave linens/towels in the room. Trash disposed of. Late check-out must be approved in advance and fees apply.
