Shared Spaces & House Rules

- No separate entrance
- No pets
- No smoking
- Due to health considerations, smoking-related items or activities are not permitted inside the home.
- Shared spaces must be kept clean and tidy after use. Kitchen cleanup is expected immediately after meals.

Lease Terms

- Initial 6-month lease
- Option to renew for an additional 6 months, up to a potential one-year arrangement.
