Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate for a private bedroom and dedicated private bathroom in my home. Looking for a 6-month minimum lease to start.

The Space:

Private bedroom + your own private bathroom.

Shared access to a bright, open kitchen and living area.

Big backyard, great for relaxing outside.

External security cameras set up for peace of mind.

Location & Vibe:

Quiet, safe neighborhood with super easy freeway access.

Grocery stores and local spots to eat right around the corner.

A Few Extra Details:

Rent: $600/month (covers most utilities, but electricity is not included and will be split).

Deposit: $500 refundable deposit.

Pets: I have a super friendly German Shepherd/Husky mix living here with me, so keep that in mind if you have allergies! No extra pets, please.

Bonus: I'm a mechanic by trade, so I’m always happy to lend a hand or offer advice if you ever run into car trouble.
