Medium sized room (furnished with a mattress), respectful and mature landlord, looking for one addition to the household. Our roommate of 4 years recently moved out due to changes in his circumstances. Utilities included. No dogs / cats allowed as we already have two dogs. Other pets may be considered. Netflix, (and possibly other streaming services from time to time)will be available in the shared living room for everyone to access. Full kitchen with cookware included for your use. An intro questionnaire will be provided, and if we decide to move forward, a background check will be required. LGBTQIA+ friendly, though no current household members that identify as such.
