2 tenants shared bathroom.
Tenants have own fridge.
Also a storage closet for other dry goods
Room is furnished.
I do interview’s before accepting. A application and a background check due to previous issues
Room inspections monthly due to old tenants and hoarding, not cleaning, and rotting food in rooms.1parrot, 1 Dog on premises. I am also allergic to cats so don’t ask that’s why the last tenant is no longer here, he seen me sick more than healthy because of his cat and refused to take it to his mom’s, along with with other things.
Month to month and a month notice both ways for moving.

Depending on reference will depend on Security Deposit. I will work with you!

No Smoking on premises at all due to birds. that includes vaping!
I also prefer a non drinker, and there’s no absolute Zero tolerance alcohol in my home.

A trial of 2 months and we can evaluate.

Tenant buys own groceries and personal and cleaning supplies.
No extra room to store things sorry.
Security system
3 loads of laundry a week will be given specific days.

Off street parking is on drive way!
