We have a Stand-Alone Casita/Guest House/Mother-in-law Suite opening up to rent soon in historical Buckeye. It has private entrance from the street and backyard. Ample parking in front of the entrance. The room is semi furnished, it has a queen size bed that has built-in dresser. (Furniture in pics are from previous tenant. These furniture pieces are not included).

Small Security Deposit

The casita was not built to have a stove.
The new tenant will be allowed to move in a fridge and cook with Airfryer, Crockpot and/or microwave and can use our outside grill or can use their own grill.

25% of utilities and internet will be tenants responsibility

No use of main house.

There are 3 kids, 6 dogs, 5 bunnies and one 100lbs Juliana Guinea pig on property. The dogs are all inside dogs but periodically are let out throughout the day. No cats allowed but if your dog gets along with our dogs we will allow your pet.

For the safety of our home, children and our own peace of mind we will thoroughly interview any potential tenants. It is important for us to feel 💯 comfortable with a new tenant as I’m sure you with us. Criminal background check will be required. Immigration status not important. We’re a bilingual home. $850 monthly.
