I'm looking for like-minded roommates who value a peaceful, respectful, and drama-free living environment.

The home is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. in a quiet, safe neighborhood with quick freeway access. There are multiple rooms available. All common areas are fully furnished, including a spacious living room with a projector for movie nights. The home also features:
-Shared bathroom
-Fully furnished living room and kitchen
-Laundry on-site
-Driveway parking, plus one available garage space/storage space
-Quiet, well-kept neighborhood with convenient freeway access

About Me:
I work full-time and am also a business owner, so I'm away from the house much of the time. I'm also active in the recovery community and enjoy maintaining a peaceful, respectful home.
I have a friendly Golden Retriever who is almost 13 years old. She is very laid back, sleeps most of the day, and typically stays in my room when I'm away.

I'm looking for roommates who are clean, respectful, financially responsible, and communicate well. This is a sober household, so I'm seeking people who live a sober lifestyle and are comfortable with that environment.

House Rules:
Absolutely no alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs on the property.
Smoking is welcome outside only—no smoking inside the home.
Any alcohol or prohibited substances found on the property will be considered a violation of the lease agreement and may result in termination of the rental agreement.
