I'm looking for like-minded roommates who value a peaceful, respectful, and drama-free living environment.

The home is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. in a quiet, safe neighborhood with quick freeway access. There are multiple rooms available. All common areas are fully furnished, including a spacious living room with a projector for movie nights. The home also features:
-Shared bathroom
-Fully furnished living room and kitchen
-Laundry on-site
-Driveway parking, plus one available garage space/storage space
-Quiet, well-kept neighborhood with convenient freeway access

About Me:
I work full-time and am also a business owner, so I'm away from the house much of the time. I'm also active in the community and enjoy maintaining a peaceful, respectful home.
I have a friendly Golden Retriever who is almost 13 years old. She is very laid back, sleeps most of the day, and typically stays in my room when I'm away.

Ideal Roommates:
I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, financially responsible, and communicate well. This is a sober household, so I'm seeking people who live a sober lifestyle and are comfortable with that environment.

House Rules:
Absolutely no alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs on the property.
Smoking is welcome outside only—no smoking inside the home.
