Let me give you the rundown.
So first of all we are 50 & 47 yrs old. I'm from CA, wife is from Tucson. I'm a truck driver (26yrs) that's home daily. My wife is a Dialysis Tech (27 yrs) currently in school to get her BSN in nursing. With that being said we are looking to supplement income by renting 2 rooms in our home. Both have king size beds, nightstand, headboard, 65inch TV . Shared bathroom. Streaming service & firestick provided, Cox high speed internet, and all utilities are included. You pay rent & your food. There is parking on Pavers in front of home or in driveway. We are in a golf course subdivision with the clubhouse across the street. We have 2 living rooms with 86 inch TVs in both of them. Backyard has a pool, putting green, & a 75 inch TV. There is mancave in garage with a 65 inch TV. We are extremely clean & very organized. You must like dogs , we have Boston terriers that are very friendly. You must be employed and have your own transportation. Our home is located on S. W corner of Avondale Blvd & VanBuren. Close to the 10 & 101 freeways. Plenty of shopping nearby & Westgate 10 mins away for entertainment. We ask that you be clean & respectful. No pets, no visitors, no kids & no drama,.
