Hi everyone thanks for considering. Looking for roomies for my home in Avondale, we have nice open spaces, I’m happy to allow decorating and tailoring the space to your liking. We have pretty much everything you’d need amenity wise. Just a shared bathroom and a partial bathroom on the first floor. I’m not a picky owner. Just good vibes and good people. If you are a couple, I ask that the rent go up to 1300 total. Be kind and so excited to share my home. We do have a pool which I’m happy to have parties. Just ask that you own the experience and be kind to the neighbors. Normal standards apply. If you have a doggie or a cat that’s okay too. Just a small pet deposit and monthly rent required. We have one small dog (pomeranian) fyi. I do come visit often and reserve the bottom room. My sister lives in one of the upstairs rooms and our roomie in the other. That’s it. Have a good day!
