Short term or long-term lease ok (3–12-month leases) rates start $975- $1,375 based on lease term and availability. Call for specific price based on lease terms. Security Deposit is $500 (oac) and fully refundable as long as everything is returned as received. Flexible lease terms with a requested 30-day notice in writing required. Rent can be prorated. Payment due when you first arrive and then on the 1st of every month thereafter.
