You get 2 rooms in Avondale for $700

TWO ROOMS, ONE LOW PRICE. Rent $700. I am asking for a $400 deposit; this can be paid in four installments if necessary.

My current roommate has just moved out, I hired a professional house cleaning service to clean the whole house and the carpets have been steam cleaned to freshen up the house.

I am currently on Short Term Disability due to a recent shoulder surgery. Therefore, I am home almost all day for you to stop by to see the rooms.

Unfortunately, I am allergic to cigarette/cigar smoke, therefore absolutely no smokers.

I have been renting out the rooms in my house for 20 years and have had a dozen roommates, so I am comfortable living with roommates.

This is a 4-bedroom house. I only use 2 bedrooms, so you will get 2 bedrooms as shown in the photos. You can use the 2nd bedroom for storage or for occasional overnight guests. The price is the same if you use only 1 bedroom. I do not want 2 roommates, so the 2nd room will not be rented out to someone else if you only use 1 bedroom.

COUPLES: $900 month. I have never had a couple before. Not sure if I want to do this. It would depend on the couple with an interview. If I decide to do this, I may consider offering the MASTER bedroom for $1,200 a month.
