An older "Gentleman" (semi retired) looking for a considerate person to share an apt in the NE Mesa area, greenfield and brown area, near the 202. Your Rent is 650 plus 150 for utilities, 800 per month max. Apt is a mother/daughter type of place, with spare bedroom and bathroom downstairs, with laundry, free parking and pool, Wi-Fi included with utilities. Living room/ dining room and kitchen upstairs. Will consider both genders, but after some experiences, I get along better with females then guys. Extra credit for any chess players, ha! ha! Just want someone I can get along with and have nice conversations with!
