Buying a 3 bedroom condo, closing at the end of June. Looking for 1 room mate. The condo is fully furnished but if you have your own bed and furniture we can move stuff out. Place is at 94th and Shea, so close to restaurants and the 101 freeway.. Hospital is 2 blocks away ( if you're a nurse) .. Airport is 20 minutes away if you're a FA. My son is the one looking for room mate. He is 25 years old. He sells real estate and works at a Mexican Restaurant a few days a week so he is always on the go. Unit has a nice patio, really nice community pools and pickleball courts. Washer and dryer in the unit.
