Buying a 3 bedroom condo, closing at the end of June. Looking for 2 room mates. The condo is fully furnished but if you have your own bed and furniture we can move stuff out. Place is at 94th and Shea, so close to restaurants and the 101 freeway.. Hospital is 2 blocks away ( if you're a nurse) .. Airport is 20 minutes away if you're a FA. I sell real estate and work at a Mexican Restaurant a few days a week so I am always on the go. Unit has a nice patio, really nice community pools and pickleball courts. Washer and dryer in the unit. Need two roommates, first one gets to pick their room.
