Renting a fully furnished room in my 3-bedroom apartment located in North Scottsdale. The room is furnished with a 65 inch flatscreen TV, streaming services, bed/mattress, nightstands, a desk and a chair. Essentials such as beddings, linens, pillows, towels, can be provided upon request. The apartment is newly renovated with upgraded finishes and has a patio with a grill and a washer and dryer inside the unit. You would be sharing the apartment with me (39 yr old female and 4-year-old miniature dachshund). The apartment complex is within short walking distance to several restaurants and a Target. Centrally located to everything! 15–20-minute drive to Old Town, 25-minute drive to ASU, 30-minute drive to Mesa and downtown Phoenix. Apartment community is gated, and amenities include two community pools, hot tub, and a gym. Rent is $900 for the first month and then $1000 per month and includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and one designated parking space. Looking for someone to move in asap. Open to a month to month sublet or as long as 6 months. $600 security deposit required to move in.
