This is a private room with its own bathroom inside a newly updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the highly sought after Mountain Park Ranch community. It has gorgeous mountain views through the large windows. You have access to all the shared spaces.

You'll be sharing the home with two easygoing, tidy housemates (my girlfriend and myself, who recently bought the house) and our puppy Honey.

The home features soaring ceilings and abundant natural light throughout, with a spacious great room centered around a cozy fireplace. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and backyard - perfect for relaxing or bringing over friends. Our private backyard retreat is complete with a heated pool and spa, plus brand new turf for enjoying Arizona living year round. We plan to get a grill and outdoor pool table soon.

As a resident of Mountain Park Ranch, you'll also have access to three community pools, parks, tennis/pickleball courts, and walking paths, all minutes from shopping, dining, and South Mountain trails.
