Room for Rent in 3bd/2ba House

I am looking for a roommate for a spare room in my house. Two males currently live here, myself plus one other. The monthly rent is $725 + utilities. We are looking to fill the room ASAP in February, but at the same time willing to wait until we find a good fit.

You would share the guest bathroom with the other roommate. The room is approximately 10ft 1in x 10ft 6in.

This is a home dedicated to serious students and business professionals.

A little about me: I am a professional pianist and piano teacher, 31 years old, ASU grad. In my free time I like to travel, hike, hit the gym, play video games/board games.

About the other roommate: He is a 25 year old Nursing student at GCU.

The house is in a quiet subdivision within a short walk of all major stores, amenities, and public transportation. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to ASU, MCC, Sky Harbor Airport, and Intel. The main cross streets are Ray and 48th Street.

New front load washer and dryer
A commercial-grade RO drinking water system
COX Gigablast WiFi (high speed fiber)

Utilities (electricity, internet, and water) would be split three ways every month and estimate between $100-125 depending on time of year. Total rent and utilities average $825-850 per month.

Note that while the room is vacant/unfurnished, it may be provided furnished (with bed, dresser, nightstand) for an additional $50 monthly. Garage parking is available for an extra $50 monthly.

No smoking or vaping.
No cats or dogs.

Length of lease is flexible (month-to-month). Long-term tenant is preferred. Must be able to pass a criminal background/credit check and provide proof of (employment) income.
